The Investment Charter : a transparent and comprehensive framework to encourage the act of investing

In accordance with the High Directives of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, may God glorify him, the Kingdom of Morocco has implemented an innovative mechanism aimed at supporting private investment as a driver for wealth and job creation. This initiative is materialized through the new investment charter.
