Stretching over an area of 126 ha, Settat Logintek is an integrated city project gathering at a time all housing, industrial, logistics and service facilities.

Scope of the Project

  • A 4 ha dry port

  • 60 000 m2 logistics zone hosting “class-A” warehouses

  • Industrial zone (including 80 land plots from 1 200 to 42 000 m2 each, among which 5 are showrooms) over a net area of 37 ha

  • A 72 000 m2 technopole (with shops and showrooms in ground floors) able to host 8 000 people

  • Commodity facilities (malls, hotel, mosque, health center …)

  • Residential zone including 5 000 social accommodation units with primary and secondary schools, fitness center and retail shops

  • A 7 000 m2 Parking accredited by the International Road Transport Union.
